📦 1. General Return Eligibility

  • 7-Day Window: Request returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition Requirements:
    ✅ Unused/unworn, with original tags + packaging
    ✅ Proof of purchase (order #/receipt)
    ❌ No returns for:

    • Perishable goods (food, flowers)

    • Custom/personalized items

    • Beauty/personal care products

    • Sale items or gift cards

⚠️ 2. Damaged/Wrong Items

  • Report within 48 hours: Email clear photos/video to contact@vivicheo.sg.

  • Wrong item? Include unboxing video showing:

    • Package label

    • Incorrect item received

  1. Contact First: Message us via:

  2. Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours with:

    • Prepaid return label (if our error)

    • OR instructions for self-shipping (buyer pays)

  3. Ship Back: Use secure packaging. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

  • Our fault: Free return label + refund.

  • Your choice: Buyer covers return shipping.

  • Size/color swaps: Initiate return first, then repurchase new item.

  • 7-day window: Must be unused with tags.

🚚 7. Live Sale Exceptions

  • Sold-out items: No refunds if accurately described during the stream.

  • No-shows: Work with carrier for lost packages (no guaranteed refunds).
